We took our grandkids (5 and 7) to this film, thinking it would captivate them. I was thinking it might have been more in line with the original Lion King in presentation and musical
scoring. Unfortunately, our grands were asking to go home within the first 20 minutes. The dramatic scenery and animation were outstanding, but those attributes couldnโt save the far too lengthy storyline and musical numbers.
