We were so excited to visit Hells Kitchen after being fans of the TV show for meny years. There were both positive and negative comments from our group. The rest rooms were dirty. The floors were sticky and both of the men's and women's room were in need of attention. We were seated promptly but it took over 15 minutes for our server to take our drink order after we asked another server for some help. After that the service good but we could hardly hear our server she talked so low. Now the food: The Wagyu meatballs were delicious, with lots of sauce. Unfortunately, there is no bread to soak up the extra sauce. The baked macaroni &cheese was great, as was the Halibut. The beef wellington was good too just thought it should have been a little warmer, the desserts were amazing, we had the sticky toffee pudding and the coconut three ways. The dining room decor and the views of the Potomac River was very impressive. Overall, a nice experience. For the price you pay it should be closer to perfect.
