Watched two swimming events tonight and the talking heads gushed like the enlightened ones they are over the Canadian and when the swimmers were on the podium I found out there were two American swimmers??? Did the same thing with the Romanian Popovich who was almost beat by Hopson who was hardly mentioned until he was in the water. I have nothing against Canadians or Romanians or any other nationality but I am an American and would like to hear about our team. NBC wants us to be Europeans so bad for whatever reason. Hope someone else gets the next Olympics.
