First off, let’s start with the beginning. (Major spoilers). The beginning was fine, we meet America Chavez and see an alternate doctor strange. Then we see strange wake up from what we think was just a dream. Then there’s the wedding and all that and it’s a good start but literally was 7 minutes into the movie before a big octopus with a giant eye ball is attacking strange and America Chavez and Wong, and then all of the sudden we meet Wanda who is the scarlet witch (which is really cool) and basically runs through all of kamar taj before we end up with strange and America in an alternate universe. Then everyone who’s watched it obviously knows how the rest of the movie goes. Look i think the concept of the multiverse and the scarlet witch being this crazy killer is awesome but some of the scenes and the plot itself was just not good. Like Strange kills one of his opposing selves in an alternate universe with a music note? What was that? A lot of it seemed really corny. I mean i understand the point, we’re trying to make something different and something we haven’t seen before but it just seems like we’re trying to do too much here. America Chavez, in my opinion and i think a lot of people can agree with me on this one, is quite possibly the worst movie character of all time. She’s not funny, not entertaining, and Is an all around boring and terrible character. If this movie was completely without America Chavez and with a little bit different of ideas, i think this movie is in the 4-5 star range. But because it seemed so rushed and so confusing and frustrating, it sits in the 1-2 star range at best. Only reason i give it a 2 star is because of how well the Scarlet Witch was played and how great of a character she is. Marvel needs to do better. The MCU is a flat out mess right now. I have extremely high expectations for Thor now. America Chavez has ruined my night
