As a follow up to The Force Awakens, it isn't a horrible movie. As a sequel to The Last Jedi and (more importantly) as a cap to a 9 movie series...it's awful. It goes way out of its way to Retcon TLJ (which is a good thing) but it puts way to mush content into too little time and you don't get time to absorb the scene before two others have passed.
