I was very disappointed with The Little Mermaid. I could easily tell when scenes were shot on a sound stage especially the water scenes. I actually feel asleep 30 minutes. I lived the first one and was hoping it would have the same magic. For me it feel flat. So much of the original was left out some of my favorite scenes and lines. My 10 year old daughter lost interest early on as well. I kept trying to get her to watch it but she said it was boring. Even the music was subpar.
