I am grateful to this book for one thing, teaching me the perils of starting to read something because it is trendy and comes with a lot of hype from one of those well-known self-improvement gurus.
As far as that goes that is the only thing I've taken away from this book which I found tedious at best.
The narrative style seems to be delivered in some form of conversation between characters rather than a straight up delivery of methods and lifestyle changes. Much of what is conveyed has been conveyed in other books by people like Anthony Robbins but his packaged in this get up at 5 am thing. Is my appeal to some young silicon valley types who are able to get up in warm weather and do all their practices before we're going into working day that they construction themselves but it has little on no benefit for people who may have to get the kids up for school a couple of hours later and then go on to do a job of fixed hours.
I only hope that people reading these one and two star reviews will be sufficiently enlightened to spend their time and money on a book that would be more useful to give them some guidance and fulfillment in their life, alternatively they could always get Harry potter book and get more satisfaction out of it.
