A superhero movie dressed up as mythology. The acting was so wooden I got splinters just watching it. Although I did chuckle at the Sphynx saying "bollocks" when they solved his riddle. Although "curses foiled again" may have been more in keeping with the dialogue. It's a movie best watched after a night at the pub. But having said all that I actually quite liked it.

Well executed fantasy with a brilliant cast

For me the problem with this show lies in its pacing and excessive amount of exposition. The same story could be told in fewer or shorter episodes. I found myself holding down the fast forward button a lot, and that is not normally my style. In summary, not enough action and far too much padding.
