Really odd directing the movie seemed corny. It started horribly. The first 30 minutes was so odd and confusing cause it did not pick up from where the part one left off at all nor did it recap in anyway what they were doing poor acting we are directing not great film angles, except for the last 45 minutes otherwise unrealistic timing And unrealistic actions of people who all of a sudden know how to disarm a nuclear weapon, etc. definitely a C to D rating movie, one of the worst in the franchise. Part 1 was so good. Part 2 not so much.

So so bad. 1st who thought it was a good idea to cast doogie houser in the first place and two then to make him the bad guy? Horrible casting, def a sub par stunt Conakry who was responsible for the Kung Fu scenes. Fighting seemed so so and deliberate. They should of put it at x2 speed or something. Again doggie houser sucked in this. Fist 90 min was boring and stale. As such a fan of the first 2 and accepting of the 3rd knowing at that time we thought to be the last, this movie should not have been made. Every 5 seconds in the last 30 min he’s doing the freeze stop all bulkiest like even while moving it’s just so poorly done.
