Okay I need to rant a little about this show. I have played league of legends since I was a kid, currently running a cycle of relapsing and quitting. With that in mind, I was skeptical about an animated TV series. I knew it would be difficult to adapt the shear amount of lore and story telling that is in the LOL universe and I wasn't sure Riot would be able to pull it off, especially animated and told to the quality that their fans would be expecting. Then season 1 came out... I have never been so hooked on show in my life. I am going to list off somethings and every time you read it I want you to envision a chef's kiss, Ready? Animation... Characters... Character development... Story telling... Art style... Voice acting... Character conflicts... Action sequences... Music... It is really hard to find something wrong with this show, and that is coming from someone who is very well versed in the lore. I knew the wait for season 2 would feel like an eternity and it did. Here we are today, season 2 episode 6, if you know you know. Season 2 exceeded my expectations which were already high after season 1. The animation and art is just as good if not better than season 1. The characters and the story work so well in tandem with season 1 and compliment it well. I have cried at least 3-4 times already in 6 episodes of season 2 and we are currently a week out from the last 3 episodes. I am not okay emotionally and mentally at the current moment with everything that has happened in the show, not to mention that after these next 3 episodes, Vi, Jinx, Jayce, and Cait's stories will be over for good. How do they expect me to be okay after next week?!? I WANT MORE ALREADY AND THE SEASON ISN'T EVEN DONE YET!!! In conclusion, this show is an absolute MUST if you have Netflix. If you haven't seen it yet and you are reading this, go to the search bar, type in netflix.com and freaking get on the train that is Arcane, but be warned, there is no going back.
