So excited for season 2!! The first season mostly covers the first book, which is just background and character introduction. Book 2 is sooo good Im excited to see some more action in season 2!
For a TV show, they did a great job packing in so much.
If you havent read the books, or watched it yet, this story is a favorite to me next to lord of the rings or game of thrones stuff.
Really hoping the show continues and other people will become as invested as I am! Lol
Acting is good, some of the plot was different from the books. First couple episodes were eh to me, but I kept watching hoping it would click, and now Im hooked.

Loved this book. I didnโt mind the layout of the timeline being back and forth from past to present because it allowed everything to slowly come together. I was not familiar with the mythology that it was based on before, so I audibly gasped when I figured out what was going on. The tone of the book was great, and I carried away a good message from the book.
