I’m half way through. This book seems so anticlimactic, that I decided to read reviews. I’m not surprised lots of people feel the same as I. Not sure if I’ll continue. The story has no point to it so far. Too many characters and the time frames are confusing. The name Emily pops up so many times, that it has started to annoy me. I’m listening to the audio book, read by Meryl Streep. I love her, but her voice is putting me to sleep with this boring story.
