I read "Bugles and a Tiger" way back in 1979 or may be 1980 while I was at the officers mess at Loralai Baluchistan and staying in a room where John Masters had stayed while passing through Loralai. John Masters was a Master of Art and same for his .book. I place both him and his book in high esteem. Three years later he left us in a dismay. Today is 20 Sep 2021 but i stll read him. When John Masters was in Burma my ex regiment was in the same 111 Brigade where he was GSO 1. May God bless him.

Crime Patrol I feel is the continuation of Sherlock Holmes,who used to investigate crimes his own way. This is another series created in Hindi. Dr Watson and Lt Colombo shall not be forgotten for their services in investigations. I also must admit that crime patrol will prove its worth in the time to come. Its a good acting a suburb presentation and must be watched at least by actual police for learning the methodologies of reaching the culprit and offenders. Some times actual crimes committed must also be dramatised. Thanks
