Appalling Customer Service and Fraudulent Charges: They charged me for their app even though I never subscribed! When I contacted them for a refund, they refused to help. It’s nothing short of theft, and their support team is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. 2. False Advertising and Zero Personalization: The book is an absolute joke. They claim it’s “personalized,” but all they do is slap a name on the cover. The content inside is 100% generic. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic designed to deceive customers into paying for something that delivers nothing of value. This company operates like a scam. Avoid them at all costs.Trust me, this company is not worth your time or money—stay far away.
