After falling in love with the first novel due to its nostalgic references and themes, asking with the character development, I was excited to read this second novel, continuing the storyline. However, I soon grew tired of constant references to outdated technology and overuse of the nostalgic themes. The other negative I found in this book is the constant references to sex in all forms like it was no different than picking out a different shirt everyday. It's as if the OASIS opened up any debauchery the user wanted, and all was ok. Not my cup of tea. Wasn't worth finishing.
