not quite what i expected after seeing the previews online... wish i could get my $32 back for the two tickets i bought and wait to see it streaming online. i wouldnt tell anyone to rush to theatres to see this, but it would be worth a watch for those interested when it hits streaming networks and/or redbox. for parents- i'd consider this bordering very closely on R-rated for violence and drug use - mostly the drug use, which is featured prevalently the entire first half of the movie- although that sets the stage for the later character growth & development. i think this film has potential to reach folks who otherwise wouldnt hear the message it promoted or have dismissed the ideas it presents due to misinterpreted personal bad experiences or lack of genuine personal good experiences. its a kind of a "menace to society" meets "friday", meets "the chosen" kind of movie... if you want to burn 2.5hrs, and a couple dollars, you could certainly do worse.
