Anthony Wallace

Started watching this as reviews suggested that it is funny. However, what probably looked hilarious to the writers comes across as dry and often mumbly delivered. Yes, the actors do their best but, aside from a few decent one-liners, the general impression is an Adam Sandler-esque shouting match, liberally sprinkled with ripe language and complemented by jazz music that tries to set the mood. Must admit though that my wife loved it.
