I have read all the tall claims from the reviews of Varshangalkku sesham this movie is a masterpiece and watched this in big screen. It is unfortunate to say, it was total disappointment, didn't expected this from Vineeth Srinivasan. I have watched most of the movies released in 2024. Manjummel Boys, Aadujeevitham, Brahmayugam, Answeshippin Kandethum, premalu, Aavesham... etc etc... all took Malayalam movies to new heights but this one was a total bummer. Movie was a banal repetition of a story told many times, it had some life only when Nivin Pauly came on screen for a short time. Pranav was well below the mark, Dhyan did what he was told to do, Vineeth has nothing in the acting side, Basil was just a pleasant presence in the screen in the late hours and Kalyani was not given any proper role. What to say, it doesnt have a solid story worth to make a movie. All in all 3 hours of my time wasted apart from deterioration of well built goodwill of Vineeth Srinivasan. I am sure the average rating 4 shown here are paid hype.
