Macon Blair's performance was marvellous. Budding actors can take a clue on how to depict sorrow and grief.

Cool watchable movie. Though looks realistic, there are a few things which cast doubts if those are possible, particularly, how the kids gets all those heavy thing to Mud.

Weak script. Nothing new in the storyline. Other 2 films from Dileesh Pothan were fundamentally novel ideas and uniquely crafted. But this one is no where near those films. This is less engaging and crafted in a mundane manner. Fahad's acting is the face saver.
In a night scene a jeep is moving from the right of the screen to left. We can the headlights only on the right side. On the left side top we can see it's reflection, possibly on the glass of the camera lens. The photography is average but the location made the visuals look awesome.
The film lags a lot and does not excite.

Fantastic film that makes you laugh and cry. Best acting performance by Ben Affleck. Great screenplay. Even the snippets when the titles scroll in the last are closely linked to the main story.

A run of the mill revenge story told differently. Brilliant screenplay. Gripping! Haunting!

It's is a "who done it" type movie. The investigator starts with a single evidence even not knowing who is the victim and who is the criminal. We will get to know about the reason for crime and the who done it only in the last 10 minutes. What keeps the film interesting is the process of investigation and a parallel horror thread. Dim lighting mood is set throughout the movies to highlight the unknown. The ariel shots are beautiful. While the overall direction is good, at some places the scenes make it feel that the director is a debutant. Prithviraj puts up a restraint performance. No vulgar or obscene scenes and no foul language. A good weekend watch!

Slow paced revenge story. Average direction. Very much disturbing end. Mother was shot dead. The newborn in the hand of dead mother is still sucking milk. The blood flows over the breast to the child's mouth. That depiction is too cruel to be even thought about.

Novel storyline. Interesting screenplay. Emotionally connecting though language was a barrier. Excellent acting. Twist before the climax was super.

Unlike other movies involving finding serial killer, this movie does not show how the serial killer does his acts or him confessing when caught. Rather it gives all the hints pointing towards the possible killer but still leaves a doubt in the minds of the audience.
