Evie Nightshade

I have been a huge fan of THG for years, I pre-ordered TBOSAS and binge read the book the day it came out. I immediately fell in love and liked it almost as much as the original trilogy. I have been so excited and anxiously waiting for the movie to come out for three years. I saw the movie last night and I was so disappointed. The plot of the movie felt very very rushed and so many of the details were missing or completely made up for the movie. I definitely think they packed to much into one movie so to many important details, it should have been separated into a PT. 1 and a PT. 2. I also think the casting for the movie was off I really liked Tom Blythe as Coreo but, Rachel Zigler was absolutely horrible as Lucy Grey. Her fake accent kept changing and she depicted the character very differently than the book. I also have no idea what she was doing with her mouth the whole movie but she kept moving strangely as she spoke. Overall she was a horrible pick for this. More than anything I am just bummed. I was so excited and now I wish I had just left it at reading the book and reading and watching the original trilogy. This movie is the worst I have seen this year (maybe in years) and that’s saying a lot for someone who is as big of a fan of The Hunger Games as I am.
