Wow. I went into this movie expecting a below mid Sony villain film. Boy, was I wrong. The moment it all begins you feel the intensity and the immaculate character study that is Morbius. Jared Leto and Matt Smith deliver 2 of the best comic book movie performances since Heath Ledger’s joker, and they definitely have fun with the roles. The CGI is also flawless and made it very realistic and easy to believe unlike in mcu films. The development of the two FBI agents is also quite intriguing, they are both quite thrilling characters. But what made the movie, or should I say “tied the bow” on its greatness was Matt Smith. He delivers the most emotional yet sexy performance since Jonah Hill as Penguin. I could not contain my erection during the film watching him. He was truly sexy. Back to the point, this film is a masterpiece and easily will be this generation’s “The Godfather.”
