Nobody kills Steve Carell. This is a program filled with wonderful actors suffering through a storyline determined to drag our leisure time through all of the problems of waking life. Someone thought it was a good idea to take a brilliant comedic cast and chop it off at the knees using a sword made of drama. I hope in the future to see the same cast assembled so that they can allow their comedic spark to gleam instead of causing our appreciation for the actors and the characters to drag us along with them to deaths and funerals and break ups and trauma, with only a couple of laughs in between to keep us from shutting off the television. Next time, don't kill Steve Carell.
