I wish Joe would stop interrupting and talking over EVERYONE! When a speaker is in the middle of making a point, Joe latches on to a word or part of the argument to go off on a MONOLOGUE. It's very rude!!! The speaker isn't able to make their point or summarize, and we're left hanging.
