I enjoyed this series up until each season finale! Honestly I could've written a better ending and script, the season 2 finale doesn't fit into the the escapism of the rest of it. Women are fighting to empower themselves yet Rose's character makes no sense unless she is an absolute idiot. Lucien suddenly becomes an absolute cad, who knows the fate of Nish, I am confused. After watching 2 seasons I am totally in disbelief of any of this possibly happening in a fictional story at most. Escapism to utter and complete disaster even before WW2 is simply disillusioning to say the least, please give people a chance at hope, they all deserve it no matter what position they are in.
