"Knives... Saws... Hooks.... This is a House Slaughter!"
Wow. This soundtrack is better than the film itself. It's got rock, hip hop, and chopped & screwed! For context, my favorite albums of all time are: 1. Pearl Harbor Original Soundtrack, 2. House Slaughter Original Soundtrack, and 3. Thug Motivation 101. So obviously, this album is 'mazing.
My favorite song on the album is the one where it teaches you how to make the movie's signature cocktail (fun fact- outside of the film "Cocktail" starring Com Truise, this is the ONLY film to have an official cocktail. It's even called out on IMDB). I made the cocktail once and it was strong, but got the party started! I mean, it wasn't really a party it was just me and a couple buddies from my lazer tag team hanging in my outdoor cabana but we had a good time.
The album cover artwork is amazing as well. I bought a poster of it from their website and put it up in my second dining room. It's scary- it's Pig Man holding a cutting board, but apparently it's Mirror Face dressed up as Pig Man. Mirror Face is always up to tricks, but we'll get catch him one day!
Oh, and odd fact- cats love this album. Every-time I play it in my pool house, my cat (named Kevin) goes nuts! Like, he starts running around and meowing and stuff. I tried it on my friend Thomas's cat as well (also named Kevin, no relation) and the cat did the same thing! It's like ASMR for cats. They could honestly market this album to pet stores.
House Slaughter- ayyyyy; House Slaughter- ayyyyy; House Slaughter- ayyyyy... Let's all have a good time!
