Second time in a row I’ve done an online order arrived 45 minutes later and it still wasn’t ready. Excuse was they’re very busy. The restaurant was half full. I waited another 20 minutes for one burrito and a salad.
I admit the food is good, but the service is terrible and the staff need to be retrained in customer service. I’m tired of the guy calling me bud like we’re friends.
