I think the ARA nutjobs are so far out of touch with reality that they’re vilifying a perfectly good man who shares a lifetime of experience with the world so they can garner brownie points from their social media friends... what ever happened to “Take the good, leave the bad.” Maybe consider the fact you are ignorant of lifestyle, history, context, behind the scenes encounters, previous and continuing care, and don’t see what ends up on the cutting room floor… I bet 99% of the bad reviews are likely citiots who want to “adopt” a purebred dog “saved” from some third world “street” (breeder) so that they can virtue signal whilst still owning a beautiful, sane, purpose-bred pet and hating the local breeders in their country who actually care about their animals and want to further the breed. Keep in mind also the countless incidents where these rabid activists so viciously attack somebody they wind up killing the dog rather than rehoming it, (saw a neighbor do this due to bullying when he was trying to rehome a retired hunting dog) and also that many of the bad breeders would simply let the animal die if not for the Pols offering judgment free care, even when you can tell they’re bothered by the standards of care sometimes the professional thing to do is help the animal first. Also, maybe the Pols DO offer free care, or payment plans, and just didn’t want it on camera where it would attract every mooch who didn’t want to pay a bill, (I can tell you’ve never owned a business lol) you don’t know how lawyers tie business owners hands and advise them to conduct their acts of charity. You don’t come off as virtuous or knowledgeable you just sound bitter, bored and butt-hurt.
