This theatrical adaptation of Hamlet was absolutely brilliant! The acting was moving and convincing, and Benedict Cumberbatch’s portrayal of Hamlet was superb! The sets and lights were outstanding! The adaptation stuck to the original dialect of Hamlet, though time periods throughout the movie portrayed by the characters’ clothing appeared to change. Over all, it was a splendid production of Shakespeare’s great classic, perfectly balanced between solemnity and tiny splashes of humor! This production is a must-see!
