I have always loved Downton on TV I found this film to be incredibly disappointing. The storyline was ridiculous, the film sections absolutely full of cliches (one could guess what would happen next) and the tidying up at the end quite ludicrous. to sum up 'A load of rubbish'. what on earth has happened to Julien Fellowes's writing? 'You cannot be serious'.
I feel now it's time to shut the door on the show and leave us with memories o2f how we loved it.
