The worst company I have ever experienced. Completely ruined my entire wedding experience. I was never able to reach my rep, I was never able to reach anyone at the corporate office. Just terrible across the board I am so devasted at how this wedding turned out for my guests I could cry I should have just booked direct with the hotel. I promise you please don't go this route no bride deserves this.
