The book is helping the person who wants to accomplish more in golf, be it better scores or simply more enjoyment. The book focuses on the person, their attitudes, behaviours and beliefs because that is where the real change has to happen.
I have read many books, listened to podcasts, watched shows with golf pros sharing all the magical techniques one could and should use to make anyone a much better golfer. Dr Prior does not give one golf tip, however explores the emotions and behaviours of golfers who struggle because this is where the real change needs to take place.
