What’s good:
Noteworthy and impressive VFX, first half of the movie, the story line that includes “Astras” is engaging! Kesariya song and it’s BGM version stays with you after the film, Ranbir and supporting cast have acted really well, Alia was average; not her one of the best performance.
And SRK’s Cameo that you crave for more!
What could have been better:
It feels like the script gets distracted because of too much focus on Shiva-Isha’s love story, at times it gets cringy. They have well attempted to create mythological masterpiece but becuase of flaws in the screenplay, untimed song that does not go well all the times, few logicless action scenes( For eg., even the one that have superpowers use guns), too much of “light” and VFXs that at a point it does not impress you anymore. Nagarjuna has sadly limited screen presence.
Writing could have been much more better specially when it comes to Shiva-Isha’s dialogue because you don’t want to see them flirting ALL the times specially in the middle of important action scenes.
Last word: Although it is not perfect, still you can see filmmakers hardwork on the screen. It is a unique and different experience and first kind of such movie made in Bollywood. Definitely it is worth watching one-time. Keep your expectations low and you will definitely enjoy it!
