Shows like this and teen wolf are the reason why shows like game of thrones and black sails don’t get the time and budget to do what they deserve. It’s a formula for horny teens, the funny thing is both black sails and GOT have more nudity but I didn’t feel half as much sexual tension than I did with this tween show. Not to say the budget on those shows are bad, just that writing and expectations are lessened by more and more people just willing to watch something as cheap and cookie cutter as this. Netflix is the new CW, which isn’t good, they at least used to make good shows unlike the CW though. Weird rant but it had to be done.
