I had high expectations which were dashed pretty quickly. The movie unfolds very slowly. So slowly I almost fell asleep and was watching the clock to see if it was almost over. Too many story lines to follow and stereotypical characters, few with names to remember. There was no hook at the end of this first chapter to encourage me to wonder what would happen next. Whatever it is, I don’t care and will save my money and wait for a TV release which likely won’t be long in coming. I wish Costner had stayed with Yellowstone. His character on Horizon is the least interesting of all the characters and storylines. F-
