Beautiful yet boring. I agree with all the wonderful things that everyone is saying. Now here is what I didn't like: - No character development and therefore no emotional connection to characters - Slow and therefore, dreadfully long - Acting was so serious that it came off as pretentious - So dark I felt like I couldn't see anything (and I have 20/20 vision) - I needed subtitles for the entire movie - Missed opportunities to explore the gypsies back story with count orlock
