I have read the preview and intend to aquire the complete book. I found the book well researched and convincing in the manner in which the material is presented. As a fourth generation descendent of British settlers in Te Waipounamu (South Island) NZ I realised that there was much more to our colonial past than what we were taught in our school curriculum of the mid 20th century.
