This book sucks the author knows nothing about Appalachian folk magic nor Appalachian superstitions. She doesn't mention the bottle tree nor haint paint. She also takes a more modern approach to magic which in my opinion is more wiccan than folk magic. Clearly the author of this book needs to learn more history of the Appalachian mountains and the people of.
