Storyline I think had promise. Artwork is always spot on. But what did me in was the minute Richter started talking. His voice sounds like he still hasn’t hit puberty! Looking at other Belmonts (granted he’s a kid)… still they could have made him a bit more beefed up. The DEI stuff is apparent pretty quickly. Perhaps if it wasn’t so in our faces all the time it would’ve been way better.. but just seemed to push that pretty clearly. I blame the world for that failure, not the animators and stuff. Just seems like Richter could have been less of a sissy and more of an actual fighter. He can whip blades back and forth from a tree to himself, but then he whips certain things and it doesn’t work.. other times it takes their heads off. Is he strong? Or is he a cry baby kid? Overall… he’s like a high school student this day and age. And it was nauseating to watch. Pushover richter!
