Its obviously longer--twice as long, but for good reason.
Additional scenes delve deeper into the characters backgrounds and their reasons for saving the world. Omitted characters are now introduced. No unnecessary humor
Action scenes are better and more balanced. Everyone kicked butt equally not just Superman.
