Terrible directorial style wherein they relied on flashbacks to the past and detached storylines for key people to try and tell the story. It is the job of the director to tell a coherent story from beginning to end without the need to have these unrelated snipits separated by blackscreen thrown in. They are also responsible to bring the story to a conclusion, an ending. What a waste of time.
