I grew up on these books. They are still top tier and legendary. I understand some of the challenges going from paper to screen, but come on... They could have practiced this garbage on a not so iconic series. I am actually really annoyed at how much of the core story line they have dropped. How bad they have done with immersive costumes and with the left wing woke garbage they have added that totally changes a perfect story into some clown show. Someone like the director and writer of the game of thrones TV show needs to redo this and it would be a straight up banger. Imo Robert Jordan is rolling over in his grave right now at this travesty! That being said if you have not read the book I could see this being at least entertaining but nothing near as good as it should be. The lines are trash and forced at times and the flow of scenes can be horrible as well.
