Don't listen to the “paid for critics” enjoy it for what it is, a rollercoaster special effects driven nostalgia film for the fans. The critics are fighting a culture war and they are using our beloved franchise as their battle ground. They are like a school of fish all swimming in the same direction they are told too. If you go the cinema to escape the real word for a few hours and see the movie for what it is “a movie” (because you have an actual life) you wont be disappointed.
