Wonderful performances by talented actors. My problem is the story. Every character flatlines through the entire film with no arrogance recognized, no long-held views of the world changed, no growth of the soul revealed. Each character is the same at the end of the film as they are at the beginning. This is anxiety inducing with no relief and essentially no reason to care about the main characters as the story closes.
