Yes a sangoma is not a witch doctor but a traditional healer but sangoma's these days do perform or practice witchcraft which is what the movie is focusing on and portraying. It is good that african spirituality is recognized around the world and people are taught about. Which is why I think the movie is relatively good, although there is still a long way to go and improvements to make. I think African spirituality also deserves the good side to be portrayed too.
