Bad movie, poor acting, it is a joke.

I’m trying to understand in what universe or dimension this movie it’s happening . It is just super weird how the bad guys are the ONLY animals that can talk. Only other two are a fox and a Guinea pig that they are “good”. The entire movie was like how the other people don’t notice them if they are the only animals that can talk? If it was on a universe were humans and animals are living together and talk I would understand it but just having them as the only ones I can’t follow. Also they have another Guinea pigs but they can’t talk like the other one? I mean I don’t understand. Lol.
