I love Planet of the Apes, all planets big or small, old or new . Triology or not . Confusing or clear endings. I just am in love with Planet. I understand that the new movie is a beginning to a new era and story line but I can't help but think of the good old Caesar days . I was totally under the impression that I will be watching a new era of Caesar's group , the generation Maurice gathered around him to teach them about Caesar . I realized that I'm watching a totally different story . I just don't understand why was Caesar forgotton and why the younger generation after generation didn' t even know who he was . The old Planet movies always mentioned the lawgiver and how attached they are to him and how they must follow him no matter what . Which is Caesar . So, how is he forgotton , even if it is a new triology ? Always emphasized the obedience to the ancestors , but here , he is unheard of . Of course, the name Noa to me along with the flood has a hint to Noah and the Arc and the significance of starting a new life between animals and good humans all over again . Or all those who were saved from the flood . I loved the Eagles idea . Noa has sweet eyes and he is kind and loving like Caesar . Mae and the people at the end and the ruins reminded me of Beneath the Planet of the Apes with the Aliens plot . The gun behind her back gives us a hint of what to expect maybe . Always love the Orangutans , maybe he will be alive . The Villains had to die , I agree , because the next war isn't theirs . In general , I LOVED it ! Waiting for more to come ! Thank you Planet lovers for joining me to the movies , snacks were awesome and the T-shirts were legendary , I see new movie traditions in our future 🥰🥰🥰
