Our kid purchased "5000 Shiny Rocks" for $19.99. He did this 30 times in a row. There is no way to get a refund for purchases. You can contact support, and request a refund. You will receive the message "The following is not eligible for refunds. Content played for more than 2 hours, content purchased more than 14 days ago, IN-APP PURCHASES, movies, and subscriptions."
I received an email for each in-app purchases IMMEDIATELY when he made the purchases. I then IMMEDIATELY contacted support. There is absolutely no way to get a refund from this company. BEWARE this is company is totally fraudulent when it comes to refunds.
