Dexter

The things that made the original Netflix show so compelling are starkly absent. Among them are the fight choreography, the cinematography, the dialogue, as well as the dynamic between Matt, Karen, and Foggy. I struggled to connect with or care about any character that wasn't a legacy. There would be a scene of Matt speaking with one of the new characters introduced this season and I just couldn't bring myself to care about whoever he was talking to or anything they were saying.
