Although the original is considered a classic I honestly would rather watch this 2021 retake any day of the week. The original I felt lacked the correct pace and comic relief required for the hard hitting truths and horrors of this film to reach their full potential.
And whoever said this film contained too much political baggage needs to have a word with themselves.
