Basically fallout 4 in space. Janky nps faces and lighting. Disappointing engine that lacks even the most basic mechanics. The "infinite" planets to explore is just a rehash generator into a dead barren world. No mans sky did it better. They reused so many assets from their previous games. Frustrating load screens and inventory management. Most of your time will be wasted going through the frustrating inventory menus. You literally cannot play this game without mods (quickening the load screen, getting rid of the slow menu loader, better inventory management, better lighting). I literally can't believe how much money they are selling this game for. After Larian releasing BG3 there's literally no excuse at all for Bethesda releasing a game in this current state. Also there's so many 5 star bot reviews.... Please go see actual gameplay and review clips on YouTube before actually buying this game.

Microtransaction simulator. They care more about cosmetics than their actual content. The fans want better mechanics and content back instead of stripping the male and female model for body type 1 and 2. Activision Blizzard won't even add a graphics bump.... Disappointed and will never go back to WoW. This company doesn't listen to their customers. Hopefully the Microsoft buyout will bring a more promising product in the future. Ever since I played Balders gate 3, I have had a new outlook on the gaming industry in general and Blizzard has no excuse for putting out sub par products.

Activision Blizzard is a soulless husk of it's former self. Their games are built on empty promises and cut content. Players ask for a good game and Blizzard ignores them in exchange for micro transactions and greed. This game is a complete downgrade and a joke from the first one. What a scam. Their company should just be a meme at this point : Players:" Can we please have a game with skill trees and promised content?" Blizzard entertainment: "So you want more cosmetics?" Players:" No no we just want a fun working game with promised content." Blizzard entertainment:" Ok battle passes and cosmetics it is!" Activision Blizzard is complaining about being review bombed, but unfortunately it's not a review bomb it's just the truth about how people really feel. Maybe instead of complaining about Larian rasing the bar for rpg games they should focus on their own failed gaming studio.

Everything Blizzard entertainment and AAA studios should have been producing all along. This game puts all the modern gaming studios to shame by putting out a finished product with no overbearing micro transactions, battle passes, or DLC content requirements. It's extremely immersive and fun. My boyfriend and I have been playing couch co-op since launch and we are having a great time. It's always hard to find a good couch co-op game these days. The graphics are amazing, story line is great, characters are not bland NPCs, the world literally reacts around you. You literally have to take the time to think about every move you make in this game instead of mindlessly spamming buttons. You can't just bulldoze your way though the world, we've actually gotten ourselves into several fights in the game accidentally and the NPCs and environment really do give you a challenge. This game is super fun and we find ourselves laughing while playing this game at the dark humor. It's refreshing to find a modern gaming studio that isn't consumed by greed and actually put out a finished product day 1 of launch. I'm so glad I gave this game a try because I didn't know what the gold standard of gaming really could be. As someone who literally played World of Warcraft all my life, this game just puts it all to shame. I really hope BG3 gets game of the year. There's crafting, gear, lore, fancy dice rolls, lots of customization options, tons of immersive dialogue options, like what doesn't this game have? Worth the money! Oh and don't stand in the fire... Or acid puddles... Bad things happen.
